Members of West End Local History Society enjoyed their Christmas meeting and were entertained by John Pitman who gave a very entertaining talk on the history of the Pantomime Dame with some assistance from two of our members Maureen Russell and Lin Dowdell.
(Oh yes they did) This was followed by an American Buffet and the Christmas Draw.
West End Carnival
This year West End Carnival was held on Saturday,15th June with the theme of
'MOVIES AND MUSICALS'.
